If there are 10 duplicate frames, delete 9 of them, and set the duration of that one frame to something longer, like 1 second. If you look closely, you’ll notice that these moments contain a bunch of duplicate frames with a duration of 0.03 seconds. Your animation most likely pauses or rests at some point.
